Michael started his career in 1976 in the food industry working for his family’s business, Creamery Fare. In 1988, after jointly orchestrating the sale of his family’s business to the publicly listed Hazlewood Foods PLC, he joined the music industry. He worked on the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s largest recording project as the executive producer for over 140 classical albums recorded at CTS studios in London.
In 1995 Michael co-founded Air Music & Media Group PLC (now MBL Plc), which was admitted to trading on the OFEX market (the former name of PLUS) in 2000 and subsequently moved to AIM in 2001. Recognising the emerging digital market in 2005, Michael founded the Company.
Michael oversees the Company’s acquisition programme having introduced an acquisition policy for nostalgic audio/visual content and has made over 80 acquisitions to date of small music and TV content catalogues. Michael is a serving Justice of the Peace for the West London Local Justice Area.
Philip is responsible for all technical and operational developments within the group and heads up the Research & Development team, which includes the new SAAS platform TCAT (Technical Copyright Analysis Tool)
Scott is the co-founder of the digital distribution company The Orchard which is a major digital distributor. As a well-recognised public speaker and lecturer, Scott travels the world promoting new business models for the digital age. He is a visiting professor at London Metropolitan University and sits on the British Phonographic Industry Council.

Steve began his career with Barclays Bank plc, where he gained an extensive knowledge of the banking environment, both personal and corporate followed by a move to Dixons Group plc, working in the Finance department.
His career then took him to Share plc, an independent retail stockbroker, and to the position of Chief Accountant. After 8 years with Share plc he took a position as the company accountant for Kings Oak Homes Ltd (a subsidiary of Barratt Developments plc) responsible for group reporting.
In 2007 he joined e-Financial Management Ltd, managing a portfolio of clients providing outsourced finance solutions and expertise to SME’s, before starting his own company in 2012 and now provides strategic and financial support to a diverse set of clients in the manufacturing, property, retail, media and education sectors.
An Accountant with over 20 years experience in the finance industry, both managing the finance function for a wide range of companies and being part of the senior management team. He has a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
After graduating from the London College of Music and Media with a degree in Photography & Media Arts (BA Hon), Alice started her career with media manufacturers, “The VDC Group”. Clients at that time included Michael Infante’s AIM Listed company “Air Music & Media Group PLC”. Alice’s following eighteen years experience expanded into management positions within sales and marketing. Her expertise in music, film, TV and theatrical releases, ranged from “The Queen’s Jubilee” album performed by the “Royal Philharmonic Orchestra” to John Waters “This Filthy World”, MTV’s “Dirty Sanchez” and Helena Bonham Carter’s “Conversations with Other Women”. Alice’s previous position before joining One Media was with Revelation Films; an independent Film & TV publisher. Alice has industry experience at all levels of both trade and city press relations.
In September 2017 Alice was elected as one of six designated Independent representatives on the BPI’s Council. The BPI is a trade body who champion the interests of more than 400 independent music companies and the UK’s major record companies – Universal Music UK, Sony Music UK, and Warner Music UK. Together, BPI’s members account for 85% of all music sold in the United Kingdom.
Alice oversees the production and sales teams, licensing, broadcast and repertoire exploitation of the vast iP catalogue for the Group. She also looks after corporate communications.
Ilze started her media career in 2009 when she joined Swedish TV broadcaster Viasat Broadcasting, initially within programme logistics before progressing on to programme acquisitions where she was sourcing and acquiring broadcast content for the Viasat’s factual and film channels. In 2015 Ilze transitioned into film distribution with her most recent role being a sales manager at Fred Media, an Australian factual entertainment distributor.
Aside from a wealth of experience in video and digital content acquisitions, marketing, and sales, Ilze also has a BA (Hons) degree in Film and Media and an MA degree in Arts Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London.
Ilze manages the international sales of One Media’s extensive audio, video and digital catalogue.
Executive Sales Consultant (North America)
Mary heads up operations in the USA. Her 23 years of experience with K-tel as vice president gives her an extremely focused view on the North American market. Mary has responsibility for integration and customer relations for the newly acquired Point Classics catalogue, American publishing interests and business affairs.
Vicki’s role is to research and protect the groups copyrights on both the audio and visual platforms. She monitors unlawful use of the groups IP assets by monitoring the digital stores on a daily basis. In addition to this she is responsible for all group interests in publishing metadata ingestion.
Managing Creative Technician
As a Managing Creative Technician Kym’s duties involve all aspects of office management as well as processing One Media’s audio-visual catalogue together with accompanying artworks for digital worldwide release. Research and creativity are a large part of the role, so that she can compile tracks into the most profitable and innovative albums.
Senior Creative Technician
As a senior Creative Technician Jeanine assists in the processing of One Media’s music catalogue and preparation of digital releases, including metadata creation, product development and artwork.
After graduating with an English degree from London South Bank University (LSBU), Marc joined One Media as a Creative Technician, assisting in the processing of the company’s audio visual assets and preparation of digital releases. Marc is YouTube Certified, which enables him to effectively optimise audience retention, build subscribership, and increase traffic and revenue. He also attends regular BPI (British Phonographic Industry) training courses, from Digital Marketing to Streaming Marketing and Campaign Surgery.
Marc is also involved in editing, copywriting and content writing; producing weekly articles and reviews for the Men & Motors website, blogs and social media sites,
As a Junior Creative Technician Lewis assists in the processing of One Media’s audio visual assets and preparation of digital releases, including metadata creation, product development and management.
Having studied Physics at University College London gaining an MSci, Lauren joins the One Media iP Ltd Development Team working on the companies technical infrastructure which includes the company’s new SAAS platform TCAT (Technical Copyright Analysis Tool).
After obtaining his Master in Mathematics in Rome, Giuseppe moved to London to complete a Ph.D. in mathematics from Imperial College. He is an expert in data analysis and bifurcation theory and developed his programming skills whilst supporting his research activity and performing extensive numerical simulations. One of the original contribution in the thesis, about the discovery of a new method for predicting bifurcations of random dynamical systems, is due for publication.
